The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM at First Christian Church.

Following the ceremony, guests will transition to the 12th floor of the Fort Worth Club for the reception. Cocktail hour will begin between 5:30 and 6:00 PM, followed by dinner and celebration.

The evening is scheduled to conclude at 11:00 PM.

Formal / Cocktail / Texas Formal Attire
Dress to impress, stay comfortable, and be ready to dance the night away. Dress jeans and boots paired with a blazer or sport coat are also acceptable.

We recommend staying in downtown Fort Worth, as both the ceremony and reception venues are located in close proximity.

The reception will take place at the Fort Worth Club, where a room block has been reserved under “Poirier Vow Renewal” for Friday, August 27 and Saturday, August 28, 2027.

Guests booking within the block will receive a preferred rate of $230 per night, along with access to club amenities during their stay.

We recommend arriving 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins at First Christian Church.

Ceremony is set to start at 5:00 PM.

The Fort Worth Club is conveniently located directly across the street from the church and offers on-site parking garage for guests.

Will there be assistance with parking for guests upon arrival?

Yes. On the day of the event, a member of our vow renewal team will be stationed on the 12th floor to assist with validating parking during the event.

Is there a fee for overnight parking?
Yes, Guests staying at the Inn will be charged $15 for overnight parking.

Are there any restrictions for the parking garage?
Yes. The garage has an approximate height clearance of 6 feet, and access is tight for larger vehicles.
